President & CEO
Robert Giancroce brings more than three decades of experience building, operating, and scaling businesses across underground utility services, plumbing systems, and trenchless pipeline rehabilitation. Beginning his career in the field, he developed a deep, practical understanding of operations that has shaped his ability to lead high-performing teams and grow successful service and construction companies.
As CEO of Pipe Restoration, Robert oversees the company’s strategic vision, capital investment, and long-term growth. His leadership blends real-world industry expertise with disciplined financial management, ensuring that every investment—from equipment and technology to infrastructure and partnerships—drives both operational performance and economic efficiency.
With a proven track record of building and successfully exiting companies, Robert brings a results-oriented, pragmatic approach to the business. His focus remains on sustainable growth, strong margins, and delivering measurable value to clients and partners.
In addition to his role at Pipe Restoration, Robert is also the owner of The Pipe Lining Company LLC, further reinforcing his commitment to advancing trenchless infrastructure solutions and expanding capabilities across the industry.

Rick Fast is widely regarded as one of the most experienced and respected leaders in the trenchless pipe rehabilitation industry. With more than 30 years of hands-on CIPP experience, he has overseen and installed over 7 million linear feet of cured-in-place pipe across municipal, commercial, and industrial applications—bringing a depth of knowledge that few in the industry can match.
As co-inventor of the patented T-Liner® system and owner of Fast Pipe Lining, Rick offers unparalleled expertise in system design, material performance, and field execution. His innovations have helped shape modern trenchless practices, improving efficiency, reliability, and long-term pipeline performance.
At Pipe Restoration, Rick leads operational strategy, equipment development, and hands-on training initiatives. He plays a critical role in ensuring that clients are not only equipped with advanced tools and systems, but also have the practical knowledge and confidence to execute projects successfully in real-world conditions.
Sabrina Giancroce
CPA – CFO
Sabrina Giancroce, CPA, leads finance, operations, and growth strategy at Pipe Restoration, bringing a disciplined, execution-driven approach to scaling the business. With a background in consulting and experience supporting large-scale government contracts, she provides the structure and financial oversight needed to support sustainable, long-term growth.
Sabrina is focused on optimizing operations through streamlined processes, integrated systems, and workflow automation—ensuring the company can expand efficiently while maintaining control, visibility, and performance. From resource allocation to implementation, she drives initiatives forward with clarity and accountability, turning strategic plans into measurable results.
